Some brand of cellular phones are both java and symbian Enabled. They can accept the .sis, .sisx, .jar, .exe .zip and some other format.

The Nokia 3110c sometimes do accept the .sis file but most often cannot use it. This brand of nokia browses very fast, actively and upload/download with a very good speed. Like some other s40 phone it accepts the .prov file for the latest free browsing tricks.
Its features are very interactive and its durable.{ some other nokia s40 phones do have similar features and tend to be more powerful.

The Nokia 5530XpressMusik soft touch is another powerful phone. Good screen picture quality and other standard symbian and java file acceptable. Most of the symbian phones do not have to configure the new .prov file for their browsing you just key in the appropraite proxy and port on its configuration. (some access point ). Sometimes these kind of phone uses opera mini browsers that are signed free when these proxies are set. Most users do not have to stress theirself in downloading the Editable or the popular handler type of opera.
